The A400 Xplor Action is Beretta's semi-automatic field gun, here in 12 gauge with a 28-inch vent-rib barrel and removable choke. The receiver is finished bronze, the barrel blued, and the stock is deluxe walnut with a 14.5-inch length of pull. Chambering covers 2.75-inch and 3-inch shells. Listed as Used in the specs but called NEW in the supplier text with a stock photo, so confirm the grade when you order. UPC 082442707709.

A 28-inch 12-gauge with screw-in chokes is the all-round configuration for South Carolina: open it up for doves, tighten it for ducks, and it still qualifies under the state's any-legal-firearm rule for deer when the Game Zone 3 season opens August 15. The walnut and bronze make it a dressier gun than a camo synthetic, better suited to the field and the clays course than a muddy blind.
