The Beretta 9000S is a compact polymer-frame pistol, here in .40 S&W with a 3.5-inch barrel, serial number SN008633 and modern production. It has a manual decocker and three-dot sights. The bore is graded excellent, the finish and grips very good, and the overall condition very good. This pistol is sold on consignment.

At compact size with a decocker, the 9000S suits a South Carolina owner who wants a carry or nightstand gun in .40 and prefers to lower the hammer by lever rather than carry a striker-fired pistol. Three-dot sights are quick to pick up in daylight. Buying is simple here: no purchase permit, no registry and no waiting period, just the federal form and check at the dealer, and a current concealed weapons permit may stand in for the check at many counters.
