A left-handed Savage Model 11 bolt action in .308 Winchester, serial H316403, modern production. The 22-inch round barrel sits in high-polish blued metal, with a tang safety and Savage's AccuTrigger, and the rifle wears a black checkered synthetic stock. Leupold 1-inch rings are mounted, ready for a scope. It shows some light handling marks but rates very good overall, and the bore is excellent.

Left-handed bolt rifles in a deer cartridge are hard to find used, which makes this one worth a look for any southpaw hunter in South Carolina. A .308 handles whitetail at any range you will see from a stand in the Midlands or along a Pee Dee field edge, and the synthetic stock does not mind August humidity when the Game Zone 3 season opens on the 15th. Upstate hunters get their gun season October 11 to January 1. Bring your own scope; the rings are already there.
