By placing an order through Columbia Gun Rack, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns. By completing a purchase, you certify that you meet the minimum age requirements.

FFL Transfer Requirement

All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. You are responsible for providing valid FFL information and completing the required background check at your FFL.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders are locked at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Returns

Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Firearms are final sale unless defective. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

Columbia Gun Rack is not responsible for any misuse of products purchased through our store. Buyers assume full responsibility for the legal and safe use of all items.
