Return Policy

Columbia Gun Rack wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Non-Firearm Items

Accessories, optics, ammunition, and other non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization number before shipping anything back.

Firearms

Due to federal regulations, all firearm sales are final. If you receive a firearm that is defective or damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours for a warranty claim or replacement.

Refund Process

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
